Roasted Like Ever

I don’t know who needs to hear this today but many of us come from backgrounds where we’ve had to overcome amazing odds. Many of us have been in situations that only the strongest could have survived. Yet, in corporate America we constantly doubt our ability to succeed. I implore you to believe in yourself and take the same ambition, intellect, and resolve that propelled you out of that environment and use it to continue to do great things… even in corporate America.  You’ve been through tougher shit.
